Yes. When you book a session, we set that time aside for you. If the session is cancelled, it will be difficult for us to quickly find another client. Therefore, we require a non-refundable initial payment upon booking. The rate is 50% for all types of sessions. Nothing is booked or set in our calendar until the initial payment is paid, therefore, your desired time slot would still be up for grabs.

If you need to cancel the session, your initial payment will not be refunded. If you reschedule, your initial payment will go towards the cost of the rescheduled session. Communication is important, so please keep us updated with your scheduling concerns as you are aware of them!

We use industry-leading equipment during our sessions to ensure high quality and success. Depending on the type of style for the session, we also maintain a collection of older technology to take advantage of their vintage aesthetic.

Yes! After our session, we will check photos for clarity, sharpness, and expression. After our culling process, we curate a gallery of photos for you to review and select from for your package, to ensure that we get the best of what we create together.

Officially, our lead time is 2-3 weeks from when selections are made. If you are working with a time constraint, please let us know in advance so we can discuss the details!

Ordering prints through us is highly encouraged, and made easier by our Gallery Platform, Pixieset. Your orders are greatly appreciated and help us continue to serve you now and into the future.

Unfortunately we cannot provide the RAW files, as these files themselves are unfinished works. Our team spends countless hours working with these files creatively and the unedited files on their own simply do not represent our brand.

The session time is the time spent on location. Transportation time to and from locations is not counted. Sessions will normally take place around the Elk Grove and Sacramento area. If your session requires a significant amount of travel time, we may raise the fee to cover the cost of gas and time. This is done on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to communicate with us right away if your location is outside of Elk Grove or Sacramento!

Go for it! They may snap behind-the-scenes pictures with their phone but they are not allowed to use any sort of professional camera to take photos during our shoot.
